They still want the same thing: the best care possible when their children get sick." - Valley Children's Hospital

Why we give

My sister and I were born at 26 1/2 weeks weighing 2lbs 13oz & 2lbs 10oz. There were many complications to being premature, some of which led to Valley Children's being my home for the first few months of life. I wasn't expected to live, and if I did- my parents were told I would never be able to walk and that I would be in a wheelchair my entire life. The staff at Valley Children's is incredible & saved my life! They have always been near and dear to my heart & I've felt a need to give back however I could. Every child deserves a chance at life & I am inspired to help make a difference. By coming together – we can make a positive impact & make change for the better! There are many quotes I live by, but this one in particular is at the top of the list, “Your greatness is not what you have, it’s what you give.” Amen to that!

you never know how strong you are until strong is the only option you have
